HONESTLY, I support a woman's right to get a tatoo, body piercing, nose ring, and hair coloring. It's their right too.
However, I don't support letting any women have the right to kill her baby.
Why don't the babies get a say in their right to life process?
Where's the liberal's so called "tolerance" for the unborn, innocent babies with no say in their right to life process?
Why don't they care about the baby's civil rights?
Why do they disregard them as trash that's allowed to be disposed with no worry or care?
This just proves my theory that Liberalism really is a mental disorder.
By the way, I feel plenty of sorrow for any woman who has had an abortion.

I also want to know about the civil rights of the FATHER. After all... it is a part of HIM that helped create that HUMAN LIFE. Why does he not get a say? In a divorce the woman seems to think she has a right to half of the Man's earnings to that point. Didn't he do all the work?
Just playing devils advocate there. I think the woman does have the right to half of the possessions and earnings while in the marriage because I believe it takes two in that relationship to get those results. SAME IN PREGNANCY.... it takes two... the man should have rights as well.
More importantly the unborn child should be protected. We protect the innocent. Do we kill all mentally retarded children because... we may not want to deal with them and they are "unwanted" or because they can't sustain life on their own? Answer that libs.... please.... what is the "spin" to make you feel good on that?

Do we have a VOLUNTEER armed forces? You know... those people who made the decision on their own to go and serve? Those who lived long enough and are responsible enough to make those types of decisions.... Those who had the opportunity to be or do what they want in life.... Those who had a CHOICE.... Comparing your weak analogy... the fetus does not get the choice does it? No... the selfish mother makes that choice for the baby. An using your analogy... what should we do with those that are mentally and physically retarded? They can't survive on their own... they need MASSIVE support systems to live. How wonderful to see a post from a conservative with actual statistics and a link to boot. Yes the link is from a biased standpoint but his statistics are correct or not far off.
The thing is, There are no statistics on how many abortions were performed before roe v. wade.
You say the babies had no say in the matter, well of course not. But it's my opinion that there is another person involved that has no say in the matter... The Father.
Your looking at the number of abortions over a 33 year period. Now take a look at the global numbers, close to 1 billion reported abotions worldwide.

Did you know that the majority of abortions are performed for women and teenagers from suburban families? If you live in an affluent white suburb then chances are many of the wives or college age women in your community have had an abortion. Are you suggesting that America's suburbs are overwhelmingly Liberal? Because I think if you look at some demographic information you'll find that you're clearly wrong.

Dr Savage, They don't care about a babies civil rights because caring for the " child's right to life "imposes and undo restriction on their own civil rights.
Imagine Sir, if you will, if this same logic was a applied during America's fight for Civil Rights in the South.
After all we couldn't give people, such as slaves, sons and daughters of slaves the same rights everyone else had.
Because that would impose on the Civil Rights of their American Slave Owners..

Speaking of tattoos ... sebastian bach will be on LA ink tomorrow nite. Looks like a good episode.
There was a planned parenthood around the corner from where I live. There was always some guy standing out there in the hot sun holding up a sign that had bible verses on it. And then the ocassional "STOP KILLING BABIES" on there as well. This guy looked like the shoe bomber to be honest with you. That planned parenthood is in the ghetto and the neighborhood is not all that great, so its probably a good thing they can get rid of those future criminals, easily and affordable.
I really don't care about abortion as being a "hot button issue" on this upcoming election. What people want to do with their babies is their call. I'm more worried over border security and the myriad of diseases that are coming from third world countries on these people that steal across the border.
And commies like H. Clinton aren't going to secure the border.

Do you know what a zygote is? I wouldn't exactly call it a baby.
The average abortion involves the removal of a group of cells, sometimes smaller than the size of a fly's brain. The cells have no form or structure, and can feel no pain. Would you call this murder?
Even later abortions take place when the nervous system of the foetus is still undeveloped, while it cannot feel pain as actual full grown babies can.

I find the FACT that no one who has been aborted, has ever been allowed to speak to a liberal, and voice his / her opinion, But boy, just let anyone else oppose a Liberal, and listen to the screaming !!!!!!!!
I have some other thoughts along the lines of liberals and abortion, neutering and spaying, but I will not voice those thoughts here.
