i smoked on friday(10-19-07) and i have a blood test appointment next week. Will weed come out on the blood test? if yes what can i do to get it out of my system? PLSZZZZZ HELP!!!

If you are being tested specifically for drugs then yes, it will show up.
If you have a regular blood test scheduled for another reason (CBC, thyroid, etc...) it will not show because they will not test for it.
There is not much you can do to get it out of your system this soon...Try drinking a lot of water but it probably won't work.

Weed will not come up in your blood because they will not be testing for it. Blood testing doesnt work like that! They would need to run a specific test for detecting drugs. Plus you would have to give your consent to have your blood tested for anything other than what they have told you it is for, I'm quite sure it is against the law to run tests on people's blood without their consent.

First of all, DRINK LOTS OF WATER...MORE than usual. You need to go to the Herbal Store and buy yourself some Golden Seal capsules. Take 2 capsules 3 times a day BETWEEN meals. Try to limit your FAT intake while you are taking these capsules. Keep that up for 3 days and at the end of the 18 capsule cycle, have some yogurt to replace some of the friendly flora in your intestines after the cleansing action of the Golden Seal.

Either one of those will work for you so have fun and remember that a "urine test" is still classified as a Violation of your Constitutional Rights..

Nothing will get it out of your blood... the only thing really is the urine... hair and blood sorry dude... no dice... I think it's up to at least 3 months... try to push back your day or just tell the truth and hope it doesn't affect whatever it is your taking the test for... I'd ease up on the tokin for a while till your guaranteed in the clear... if not stop all together!

What is the blood test for? As others say, blood tests for drugs is uncommon because it's more expensive than a urine test. If your not being specifically tested for drugs, then you don't need to worry.
If they are testing for drugs, then either:
Hope they don't test specifically for marijuana.
-or-
Get a prescription for it if it is legally medicinal in your area.
-or-
Find a reason to reschedule it for 3 months later.

Your screwed.
There's not much else you can do that's legal.

Yes, weed shows up on tests, but I don't know how long it lasts in your blood. You should say what date the test is. I think it should leave your system after 4-5 days, but I'm no expert...just don't smoke weed in the first place. It's worse for you than tobacco.

I know of nothing that can help you on a blood test except time do you your best to cleanse your system and come up with a damn good reason to postpone

It takes at least a month, possibly two for it to come out. You can google remedies though. Some claim to mask it or at least make the test come up as an error.
