Oh deer, poor deer, (I am a veggie) I'd be very upset if someone offered me venison. It is not deer enough to my mind.

Yes! Venison is the meat of the deer it is is lower in calories, cholesterol and fat than common cuts of beef, pork or lamb!!!

Yes it is!! Wow!! Good deal if you can get it!! Now do you know how to cook it ?? Deer has a wild taste to it ,it doesn't taste like pork or beef !! I like it ground up and put in a spaghetti sauce! mmmm!!
