Red. It's the classic triadic color scheme.

Normally, you'd chose the opposites for contrasts and the ones next to the opposites instead, if you choose. Check out your color wheel. If you don't have one, search it on the web.

Em, with blue and yellow I would choose either green or black.

White goes beautifully with blue, but not yellow. I suggest your third color be green or black.
