His approval rating is so low because the majority of America does not approve of his decisions. Reasons:
1)Fabricated reasons to go to war.
2) Bin Laden- committed to finding him no another lie.
3) Asks for trillions of dollars on senseless war but tries to cut spending on health care and education for the people of our own country.
4) War monger- now threatening WW III.
5) Alienated allies- making the US an embarrassment in countries we had peaceful relations with in the past.
6) Drunk and draft dodger- has his own personal records sealed (ex DUI)
7)Using American dollars to help his buddies get richer. He is promoting his own greed over the welfare of US citizens.
8) Lack of education-yes, he portrays himself as a bumbling idiot.
9) Scandalous cabinet and white house officials.
10) Lack of negotiation skills- what is peace?? Let's go to war.
11) US economy- on verge of recession.
12) Foreclosure rate out of control.
13) Past job performance- bankrupted companies.
Shall I go on???

Bush Derangement Syndrome.
When people blame Bush for everything, you know there is something... definitely... very wrong with them.
Look, they want to indict and impeach him and every other thing... but they can't find a single thing to charge him with, so they fabricate things and make up a myriad of conspiracy theories, not realizing that they look a lot more ridiculous than he does.
I think part of it stems from a deep-seated resentment for the fact that Bill Clinton WAS impeached... successfully... and that there is at least an appearance of impropriety about his wife Hillary's campaign finance.
Stop and think about this... these people are demented enough to believe Bush brought the towers down on 9/11... and that we invaded Iraq for oil... and that Bush and Osama are friends... even though every single bit of this has been so thoroughly debunked that it's almost silly for anyone to believe such lunacy...
yet still they do.
They are willing to overlook all the hypocrisy of the Insane Clown Posse that is Howard Dean's DNC leadership... but will blame Bush for a bridge collapse in Minneapolis even though all the local officials who should have been on top of the matter... were Democrats!
I would bet that even if a Democrat were elected in 2008, they would still blame Bush for everything. After all, if they didn't, who WOULD they blame?

People tend to believe in the media
also his approval rating is higher than Congresses
so what do you think about that?
Tear Tear it's all Bush's fault it's not mine
because of him I have 40000.00 of credit card debt
and I bought a house that cost 6 times what I made. But it's not I say again It's not my fault..........................
And here is Hilliary standing over there saying that we must give up things and we will have to give back to the government to make things right tax's will have to go up. And you Dem's and Liberals are sitting their say yea that's right way to go Hillie.
If she gets elected I can't wait to get on here and (hold it back) laugh at all of you suckers crying about how the government is breaking you. And me I will be here saying I told you so!
The war in Iraq is coming to an end things are getting much better over their, the power grid is almost 80% complete, new hospital soon to open, deaths among Iraq's is way down to the point that people that work in the funeral business are complaining their is not enough work any more.

Its the war. He led us to believe that there was a connection with Al-Quaeda and Iraq. He appears to manufactured evidence (or suppressed evidence contrary) for the WMDs in Iraq. His administration told us that oil production in Iraq would pay for this war... it did not and now we are borrowing money from China.
This is just a start.

What Bush has done wrong?
I don't think there is enough space on here for that. Basically, everything.
We should not be in Iraq. And the war has been totally jumbled from the beginning.
He did not do anything (STILL HASNT) for the city of New Orleans.
He has used the "war on terrorism" as well as religion to manipulate the American people.

There's no sign that the war in Iraq will ever end. We still haven't caught Bin Laden. Most of the world hates us, and there seem to be more terrorists who want to blow us up than there ever were. Instead of the land of the free, we're now the land of kidnappers and torturers. New Orleans is still in ruins, and all we've done about global warming is pretend it doesn't exist. Gas is over $3 a gallon, and they just repossessed my house. Yay, Bush.

Because he says things like-
"My job is a decision-making job. And as a result, I make a lot of decisions. " Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Oct. 3, 2007
or
First of all, it's important for our citizens to understand that we spend 35 billion dollars a year for poor children's health insh -- uhh, care, through Medicaid -- 35 billion dollars. So if you hear rhetoric out of Washington sayin' we're not taking care of poor children in America, they're just not reminding you of the fact that 'cause of your generosity, we're spending 35 billion a year.
-- Completely without any data to suggest how much money might be needed, Dubya throws out a dollar figure (listen to him drop the accent on "billion") to indicate that we are spending enough money (through our generosity?) to take care of the health needs of poor children. Rogers, Arkansas, Oct. 15, 2007
Perhaps if he had used his time in the Ivy League to learn instead of drink, we might be better off....He's an idiot.
