'Across The Universe' is NOT about the Beatles life! LOL! It just has MUSIC BY THE BEATLES.
'The Doors' with Val Kilmer was not a dedication to the band but a biography of the band.
The best movie I've seen about the Beatles' life is called 'Backbeat'. It's the story of the Beatles when they first start out and is excellent viewing! ;) Has some really good actors and great versions of their songs.
