I just want to know what uses more energy that leads up to higher bills when using either an electrical or gas dryer and washer?

Gas will be the cheaper dryer to operate.
The installation of the piping will be expensive.
(Gas piping is not a DIY project unless you are
experienced and capable of pressure testing the
installation.)
