I have had 3 back surgeries and live with the pain of that and I need two more so that is my obstacle, not too bad when I think of others who have it so much worse. I think I am quite lucky. I can see, I can hear, I can still walk and laugh and talk. I have a family and I am very blessed, so my obstacle is not that bad, I can live with it...

I am also my own biggest obstacle. I am impatient, which means I generally over-complicate things in my rush to get something/anything done. I get to do things over unnecessarily a lot!

Your obstacle is not yourself. Don't be so hard on self...you're not a guinee-pig. We're not meant to be slaves.....
