knowing you don't really need it, would you give it away or hang on to it for a rainy day?

I usually save it but if someone asks for it I'll give it away.

Well I made the mistake of giving it away and now I have nothing. If I ever get some spare change again, I'm going to hold on to it.

I put it in a cup in my kitchen. When it is full I take it in to the bank. It is usually $60-$70 which then comes in handy for a rainy day or a fun day!

There is no such thing. Nobody has it to spare.

That is why we all have to get a "spare job"

I always give my change away to those people that stand outside of walmart with the tin cans

We throw it in a change jar, my daughter wraps all the coins in wrappers and gets to keep it. I guess thats giving it away!

Hang on to it for sure! Then collect it all in a jar, and once its full, you'll get a nice surprise when you cash it in at the bank.

I put it in my tzedakah box at the end of every day. When the box is full I give it to a scholarship fund.
