I am in love with a younger guy who happens to be my colleague,he also has a steady relationship and has recently being giving me hints that we have to stop seeing(we've been having sex).What can I do to get his attention fully

first you ask how you rid yourself of this guy, and then you ask how to get his full attention. sounds to me like you are not ready for a serious relationship at all. He has doubtless found someone nearer is own age anyway, you need to bow out gracefully and let him alone. Then you need to get your act together and realize that if you continue in this trend you will continue to get hurt.

dont be a home wrecker and find someone else. If he dosnt want to sleep with you anymore, then take the hint and move on.
