i've bought her alot of jewelry b/c i can never think of anything, so I wanted to get something different, but I'm terrible at this. for her birthday I bought her a nice camera which is all she's asked for, and now I can't think of a thing.
I can spend anywhere from 100 to maybe 250. we're going to have dinner and spend the night at a casino. We agreed not to get anything for eachother, but I'd like to surprise her b/c we skipped last year too.

Don't buy her anything. Instead, write her a card that says: "Bearer is entitled to 1 Limited Wish upon demand. A Limited Wish is any legal request within the other spouse's power to grant that has at most a temporary effect upon the marriage"

arrange a day at a spa for her -- massage, haircut and style, pedicure. There's no better gift than being pampered. She'll feel like a milliom bucks :-)

get her a gift certificate to a spa for an hour long massage...she will love it--Cost @ $75-90 depending on where you live
