not really. I'm very hard on myself. am perfectionist in that way.

Depends on what the mistake is.
If I forgot to pay a bill, yes it is easy to forgive myself.
If I forgot to pick someone up and they were stuck at work and then tried to walk home and then got mugged by two monkeys that escaped from the zoo and then got hit by a bus or something, then yes...it would be rather hard

No it isn't easy for me to forgive myself. I am actually harder on myself than anyone else is when I make a mistake.

oh no. I think about the horrible thing that I've done so much time before I let go... what can I say, I expect a lot from myself, and when I blow it, I can't forgive myself...

Not if I don't apologize to myself, which I don't, because I'm not sorry for my mistakes. I'm just happy they're not worse.
