Replace the a with 65.

2 x 65= 130

3 x 65= 195
therefore

130/195= 0.7

I am assuming you have 2a/3a=(some answer that you know already) If this answer you know is x in my equation you cna just plug the number in and get an answer I hope.

2a/3a=x
so we know 2a=3ax
2a-3ax=0
so we have a(2-3x)=0
and thus
a=1/(2-3x)
