Yes,but we have that kind of relationship. She opens mine, and looks through my phone etc...I gave up my rights when i got married. ha ha

Bills - Yes. Those are pretty important, and usually in his name, even though we both are responsible for paying them. Personal letters I dont open. If my boyfriend/spouse/whatever was having an affair, there are many other ways to find out without resorting to opening his mail - which would be obvious that I am snooping, and it would just let him know to be more sneaky so I dont find out about it. Which, of course would make it harder to snoop if he is concealing it better because his guard is up.
:) by the way, I'm not psycho. I've never had to snoop on my current boyfriend/spouse/whatever.

No, We share alot of things together but we are allowed some privacy in our lives. And the mail is one of them. Exception would be if he asked me to open his mail and if I asked him to open my mail. He's opened his mail and then shared with me what it was about. Having respect for each other counts. Thanks for asking.

Most always I do unless it looks private, though he does the same..No big deal..neither one of us are trying to hide anything..
