Well, there's a jar of fresh tomato sauce as well as a jar of commercial pasta sauce sitting at the house, so I suspect it will be pasta of some sort. The last pasta didn't work out so well - i used multi-grain pasta and some alfredo sauce, along with some grilled shrimp. The wife didn't care for the sound of it and wouldn't try it. So I'll probably cater to her interests tonite.

I've some iceberg lettuce as well, so I'll probably chop up a bit of that, maybe with a bit of onion and carrot (if there's any left), some celery and whatever other veggie I can use.

For dinner, I had walnut crusted chicken breast with horseradish and cheddar cheese potato mashers and the garnish was fried thinly sliced onions with a Tabasco and Worcester sauce batter. (It had a kick, but it wasn't spicy) As my drink I had my mom's famous pumpkin spice cinnamon ginger hot cider. (And water because you need something cold.) For my veggie side I had prosciutto, Parmesan wrapped asparagus. But, the best part was desert. It was AMAZING!!! I had french vanilla creme pie! It was so good! It was creamy and silky smooth with a heavenly vanilla aftertaste. It was quite appetizing.
