Spin is putting the best interpretation on facts, not lies or slander. I would say that spinning the failure to find WMD's in Iraq so that it did little damage to Bush was the most successful. I would have thought that finding out we went to war by mistake would be devastating.The least successful was the effort to to diminish Kerry 's elitist background.
