I don't know about websites, but I get ideas from pretty napkins and interesting surfaces, so it might be fun to visit a party supply store and see what they have for paper goods, then look around flea markets for stuff to decoupage, like old windows and clear glass plates. Your local craft store will have wooden plaques and boxes for you to decoupage.
