ok, me and my best friend,Chris, started smoking weed one week when i came home from college for break. Me and Chris have been friends with our other friend, Arnold, since kindergarden and we all graduated together from high school. Well,we thought we would ask Arnold if he wanted to smoke with us, we brusted it pasted him a few times to gage his reaction before we truly asked him. Well anyways, he seemed like he would do it so we asked him but he said there was no way that he would do it. We asked him if he would not tell anyone and he promised that he would not tell. Well i go back to college and i get a call from my parents that they have heard that i have been smoking. Long story short, Arnold told his brother, who in turn told my sister who goes to high school with him, who then told my parents. They did not find out that Chris smoked but not my parents are going to randomly drug test me.
Should i seek out revenge on Arnold, and How?What would you do in my situation?

should i still hang around with chris and arnold, i have known these guys my entire life.
Would you still hang out with Chris even though he still smokes? You have to remember, this guy is my best friend, along with Arnold, these guys are basically the only friends i have. I have known these guys my entire life, we are practically brothers. I really dont want to stop hanging out with Chris because we are so much alike, and he is pretty much the coolest guy i know. The reason Chris started smoking is that this other dude,Harry, that went to high school with us turned Chris on to it and he showed me. I live like two hours away so i cant really hang out with them unless im on break from school, but Harry is basically the only guy that chris hangs out with since he doesnt have alot of friends, like me

just stop chillin with this dude and get on with your life...your parents need to understand that you are in a stage of your life where you need to try new things and they were once young so they cannot speak...
i just want to state that not everyone who used weed is not just some POTHEAD...there are intelligent individuals who do it and are geniuses...do not judge weed just because you have not tried it..

So you feel that Arnold has violated your trust and you should seek revenge... what about the trust YOU have violated with your family? Your parents aren't paying for you to go to college and smoke weed (don't tell me you only smoke when you're on break). Be an adult and take responsibility for your actions.

Well, You should not have started smoking weed in the first place, it causes alot of anxiety problems. Half the people in the world are going to go and tell. Thats how it works. Revenge is stupid and you should not seek revenge on him. Just tell him you can not trust him anymore and dont talk to him?

when we do things like use illegal drugs, we have to face the consequences.. listen, i know a LOT of stoners, and they are useless, listless and braindead.
maybe you are better off.
