Ever hear of 'ethics'? Both seem to be lacking them. Plus...if you can't see whats going on apparently you aren't quite college material.

Prof:1-- Tell him that you appreciate his help but that you think that he may have the wrong idea about you and that you ARE a student and that you don't want your grade influenced. I would also report him if he gets angry and does take it out on your grade. Make sure you cover you tracts. Have someone there with you... Or just report him to the dean or someone of the same authority.
Guy 2-- It is difficult because he is a teacher/professor. You cant have your cake and eat it too. If you turn the other teach in then you have to apply (publicly) the same principle to this guy... you are a student and he is a professor. Him asking you out to dinner should tell you that at minimal he likes you as a friend, if he implies more then you have to be very cautious. Having a relationship with a professor could land you two BOTH in a lot of trouble. (Like you getting kicked out and him getting fired). However if you take things outside of school or wait til after you are done with school then who knows what could happen. But I would just be friends until your done with school. Good Luck!

It is really unethical for a teacher/professor to get involved with one of their students. You need to report both of them to the Dean of the University. Both their intentions are not honorable. If you continue down this road, then if anything happens and you find a boyfriend, then there is every chance that you may not even pass. This needs to go to the top. Then if anything happens and you fail any subjects that these mean teach you will be able to have it investigated. You are really playing with fire.....both these men have the power to make your life miserable. Stay away from both of them.

Prof 1: Is way out of line.
Prof 2: Your age spread is appropriate so I fail to see your dilemma.
Good Luck!

You didn't like the answers when you ask this a few minutes ago? You know what to do. Professors are not suppose to date their students...period.

Tell them that you are in a relationship and your partner would not approve of you going out to dinner with anyone else.

you are still in school and haven't got enough of an education to deal with simple human interactions....
i would avoid both until you were mature enough to have a meaningful relationship with someone.
