How do i print a list of files/jobs printed in the last week?

Another company is claiming that they never recieved copies of our files.

So.. one way i want to prove that our office did is by printing a log of the files that have been printed on our networked printer?

IS THERE A WAY FOR ME TO DO THIS?

No, since in general print queues are NOT logged unless someone turned ON the logging.
