Yes. The court will probably make you all sell the house and divided up in half.

Yes you do. If you don't want the house sold, and he doesn't take you seriously, and begins to contract with a realtor, the realtor will need YOUR signature as well. You don't have to sign for sale, and that will greatly embarass your husband. Perhaps he should consider respecting you just a bit more, no?
Also, if he forges your signature, you have the right to prosecute him and you are entitled to half of the sale, even if he's USED the $$. If I were in your shoes, I would divorce a husband who would sell a house out from under me!

Without question. Of course, he will try to make you think you have no rights but you do.....50/50 girl, whether he likes it or not. If you haven't work, you can hit him for alimony as well. Don't skimp on a good lawyer though even if you have to go in debt for it. I don't want you find out why I'm telling you this later on down the road. Best of luck to you, dear.

It depends on which state you live in.
Are you in a "community property state"? If so, everything is 50/50 unless there is a prenup.
Talk to an atty.
Consultations are free with some.

it depends on where the house came from.. if it was his before you got married then you have no claim on it.. if you bought it while you were married then you might. best to consult a lawyer cause laws differ from state to state and country to country.
