talk to your doctor or ob/gyn and tell them your experiencing too many side effects and would like to either switch birth control methods or pills or completely stop taking pills they will recomend a safe way of getting you off the pills you are taking. that is your healthiest and safest bet good luck

I started taking Yaz last fall for cramps and I didn't like all the side effects i had either. So I stopped taking it after a month but then my periods got WORSE! My cramps hurt so much more than they ever had before. So I started taking the Yaz again and decided to wait it out for the side effects to pass. After a couple of months they did and my periods where lighter and my cramps barely hurt. So I'd stick to the pill for a couple more months. If the side effects don't go away talk to your doctor about taking a pill with lower levels of estrogen. It'll be just as effective and have less side effects.

I would wait a few more months as sometimes birth control can take a few months to regulate. You could also ask your doctor for their opinion.
