Yes. He was the best WR in the league before yesterday. This isn't anything new. He has always had the most talent but his desire often didn't match it. I get a kick out of everyone tossing the praise to Tom Brady (he does deserve it) but don't you think there's a reason Brady is on this ridiculous pace? I mean, he's never done this before. Nothing close. Think Randy Moss has something to do with it? Uhhh, yeah. Don't get me wrong, it helps to be playing with Brady but it works both ways. Brady had no business whatsoever throwing those two jump balls to Randy but he caught them both. If that was Deion Branch, Reche Caldwell, Jabar Gaffney or any other Patriots receiver from the past decade they would have both been picked off. There are a lot of great receivers in the league but IMO none of them can match the multi dimensional Moss. He's fast, he's big and he has great hands.

As far as Welker's success. Think that has something to do with Randy Moss? Yes... see what I mean?

Did someone mention TO? LOL! Talk about overrated. Dude drops at least 3 balls a game.

Nope! Randy Moss has too much company with great talent to be called the best wide out in the league, Chad Johnson, Tj Houshmadzadeh, Andre Johnson, Steve Smith, Reggie Wayne, Marvin Harrison, Terrell Owens, etc......... Moss maybe having a great year this year but still only two of the names don't play hard every play and those are Moss and Owens. How can you really call them the best when they both complain and if they are unhappy they only go 10 percent and barely do anything?

I agree Randy Moss is the most athletically gifted receiver in the game ( '6"4' 4.25 second 40 yard dash and jumping ability) , but you also have to consider who is throwing him the ball, the best QB in the NFL right now.

any average receiver can play for Brady and be great. Plaxico, Chad Johnson, Chris Chambers etc would be greater if they play with Brady and on a team like NE Pat.

Can you see how great Welker's doing now? He was just ok with the Dolphins. I am not taking away from Randy's accomplishments as a great Receiver but would he be that great if he was with Dolphins? When he was with the Raiders, he was anyhthing but. C what I mean?

This season-yes,so far. I don't see that changing this season. urstruly-owens is outclassed right now.

Moss and Brady will be playing in the Superbowl.Maybe undefeated. Terrell Owens may or may not play in the Superbowl.

What a year for New England sports fans!

Agreed...but part of it is that he's on a great team.

Steve Smith, Chad Johnson and Plaxico Burress could've made that catch...if they had Tom Brady throwing it to them.

Are you joking?
Statistically, he aint even worthy of shining Marvin Harrisons shoes. Nor Reggie Wayne for that matter.
