No. Remember Dean and Luna went through captivity at Malfoy Manor, so there was a bit of a tie.
However, in her July 30 chat, JKR said that Luna marries the grandson of Newt Scamander, somewhat later in life than Harry, Ginny, Hermione and Ron.

I thought so at first also, but no---Luna ended up marry Rolf Schmanader ---Newt Schmanader's grandson and a fellow naturalist, Newt was the author of Fantastic Beast and Where to Find them!
