Count from the start day of your period.
I am going to give you my standard answer.......go get a book called "taking charge of your fertility" by Toni Weschler. It will help you truly understand your body and cycle and erase all the myths that women beleive about their bodies.I believed all the ovulation & conception myths that are floating around here until we tried for a year with no luck. My doctor recommended the book and it worked the very next month! It turned out my timing was wrong and that I don't ovulate in the middle of my cycle like most women.
I'll be 40 in Nov....and I am due to have my 4th in March!

Your era began on Jan. 31 - count form that as day one. Feb a million -day 2, Feb 2 - day3, and so on. you're able to be ovulating around day 13-14 in case you have regularly occurring 28 day cycles. which skill you ovulated Febrary 12-13. here's a greater useful ovulation calculator you ought to use for unfastened. suitable of success!!!!

The first day is day 1. BUT ovulkation is determined by when your NEXT period starts, not the current. The second half, or luteal phase, of your cycel will ALWAYS be the same length while the first half, or folliculkar phase, can sometimes vary by a few days. Try reading on basal body temperature, you will find this same information as well as much more that may help. Good luck to you!
