The kitchen - I'd add an open-hearth fireplace and a wood-burning stove, plus enough storage space for my entire collection of cast iron cookware and the rest, a large freezer, double my current cabinet space, and triple the counter-top area. Re-wire it for electronic appliances and re-build and enlarge the attached dining room to be able to seat all the guests I'd cook for. I've done my homework on this already - it'd cost me around thirty thousand dollars to complete the project.

My kitchen. It's too small and makes cooking really difficult. I would love to have a table and eat there instead of the living room.

Id extend the kitchen so it could be pretty awesome and have a tv in it and so that it had enough room for enough gadgets and then maybe i would enjoy cooking :)

my living room--I'd love to have enough room for my furniture without it looking cluttered. I'd also build a fireplace with a mantle for decorating.
