If he or she keeps long nails and does not use alcohol sanitizer b4 examining me...I insist that docs and nurses sterilize their hands infront of me...A friend of mine got infected after visiting a clinic for a foot fracture coz the nurses were careless. Theymoved from patients to patient without sterilizing their hands.
