No, will not reduce breast size but you might loose weight over all whereas breast fat will be less. Sagging does happen to the best of us.

Try doing chest exercises -- hold a 10 lb weight in each hand and extend out and in 3 sets of 12 (total 36) every day

If you are overweight working out and losing weight will help you lose in the breast, but if you are at a fairly decent weight most likely you will NOT lose in the breast and a breast reduction would be the only option.

Breast tissue IS NOT all fatty tissue. There is also DENSE breast tissue in there and is not easily lost with losing weight. Mine were very dense and not that fat, so I had to resort to a breast reduction in order to reduce my breast size.

Breast tissue is all fat. So if you want
to reduce your breast size, exercise and
have a healthy diet. Your size should
start to go down.
