Mattell Product Recalls?

What was exactly the big mistake that mattell keeps making that is allowing all of these product recalls?

There's more than one thing. Some were design flaws that could injure chiildren. Others were high led content in toys that were made in foreign countries where they did not properly supervise the manufacturing and raw materials.

china ! is the problem...Mattel has subcontractors build the toys in china to save a few cents..
the Chinese have no concern about the safety of their children or yours
