Everyone has the ability to grow hair on their toes since the only parts of your body that are incapable of growing hair is the palms of your hands and the bottoms of your feet, but most girls will tell you they don't have it simply because they shave it off.

Yes just a lil small patch on my Big toe. I ususally dye it Red in the summer time when I wear flip flops.
