Yes of course. Why wouldn't a disabled person be able to inherit money? They can spend it just as well as you can, maybe better and smarter I think because of this question you asked.

yes..now if the persons disability requires them to have someone control the money other then them the inherited money would go into an account and be dished out for bills and other expenses by the person that does that for them..i knew a guy that needed this and the person would pay all his living expenses and if he wanted shopping money he would have to submit a request for it

There are programs to where the government will give the disabled person money for disability. I don't know what it's called.

he is only disabled but he is still sane, so i say that he is entitled to any inheritance there is in the family and should be equal with the other siblings

it will affect their disability payments. they will be expected to live off this money and disability checks may stop or reduced for a period. i think this is what you mean

Sure they can. However, if the person is mentally or otherwise incapable of handling money, a guardian may be appointed by the court.
