I heard it was a prison thing. Guys in prison would do this to show their willingness to take it in the @ss. Soooo......

No. There is nothing sexy, attractive-nothing at all-to make me want to go out with anyone who shows there drawls! And, what is the deal with having your pants hanging down off your a.ss and you are wearing a belt? That makes no sense.
And, do not think that black and Latino girls/women find that "charming".
I am a black female and I find nothing sexually anything about guys who do that and thinks it is "cool". To me, it is stupid. Put your pants up and tighten up your belt, for God's sake!
Makes me sick!

No. It's lame. I always want to yell, "Pull up your pants, you're walking like a duck!" What would they do if they were being chased by a rabid dog or something?

I absolutely hate it! Everytime I see a guy waddling along because his pants and hanging low, I'm very tempted to just jerk them all the way down!

it came from prisons, where they take away the inmates belts to reduce the chance of them hanging themselves. it became prison chic to have your pants showing your underwear I guess. hard to understand how that is the height of fashion on the outside, but go figure.

That is SOOO unattractive and a huge turn off. Its nowhere near sexy and I don't think any repectable girl would go for it, but I'm also not sure that they're looking for respectable girls.

i dont mind when they wear baggy tracksuits and jeans because they've bought a size bigger however i hate seeing their underwear men or women. but its disgraceful when the trousers clearly dont fit them because they are too small/tight and so they had no choice but to be worn so low its awful.
i heard that the style came from inside prison, because they are not allowed to keep their belt many trousers fall down men used it as a fashion
