Having owned about 5 Hondas before and currently driving a 95 Accord(165k miles), I think it safe to assume you can hit 200k on that odometer easy

Do you even need to ask? It's a Honda. Of course it's reliable. Just check the vehicle history report to make sure there are no accidents and the previous owner took care of it properly.

I haven't had any experience with Pilots. However, I had a 1997 Prelude that I put 175,000 miles on it and it ran great with no issues whatsoever. I maintained the car as Honda suggested. I had to put my first set of brakes on at 130,000 and the clutch was still great. I only got rid of it because I wanted a car with more horsepower. I now wish I would have kept that car because it was such a great automobile.

Honda's are very reliable and their engines live a long time by tradition. All you have to do is to make sure it is looked at it by a mechanic you trust regularly.
My mechanic said he saw a civic with nearly 300,000 miles on it and it looked and ran great. The secret, he says, is to do proper preventive maintenance.

Mine started leaking oil and ticking @100,000 miles. Also had a ball joint break on me, luckily I was in a parking lot at the time.

At that mileage its probably worth having a compression check done, to see the condition of the rings and valves and get a feel for how well the engine has been maintained

Honda engine runs forever as long as you have oil change around 6000km. My expereience with 1 civil and 2 accords each over 230,000km, still run smooth and no oil burn.
