Try setting up a paypal account (www.paypal.com) its free and you can link your bank account to it to pay for things. Theres not minimum or maximum and its very safe/secure. Most sites that buy or sell things use this service.

Most businesses accept Money Orders, it's the same as cash. If in doubt, call the company, or look on their website to see what method of payment they accept.

you can also go to your bank and get a visa gift card. there's a set amt of money on it then and you can use it like a credit card.
