"Tooken"????? It's "TAKEN" my dear...
Now...try Glycerine suppositories (inserted in the rectum) and that will usually help...if not, try a Fleet Enema....and/or stool softner...and failing that, a laxative. If you STILL don't have relief...see your Dr ASAP!

You should get a "Fleets Enema" , use as directed. You may need to take some stool softeners on a daily basis, like generic "Peri-Colace". Glycerin Suppositories work well also, but purchase some of those medical gloves to use for insertion. All these products are available at Wal-Mart, and other pharmacy stores like Walgreens, etc.

You may have an impaction. In which case it will have to be digitally(with the fingers) removed. A nurse can do this. You might want to try soap suds enema first. If you have an impaction, you can have diarhea around it but no formed stool. If you can feel stool at the opening of your rectum but can't pass it, this is an impaction. It will have to be broken up to be passed. It is too hard & compressed to easily pass through the rectum. Good luck.

You can make a tea of prune juice and drink it hot as you can and shave a piece off a bar of soap, roll to the shape of a suppository or try a soapy enema for quick relief.

You are constipated. Take some milk of magnesia or use a suppository to relieve the constipation. Also the word is bowel movement or BM for short.
