The answer is simple. It is often said in debating circles that the one who mentions the Nazis first loses. I think you would be hard pressed to name a single Neo Nazi who favors the Republican Party.
Your question about as much sense as asking why N.A.M.B.L.A members favor the Democrats.

For the same reason that the far left (Communists, etc) tend to vote for the Democrats, they go to the party that at least supports some of their views. I am not saying the Republicans are Nazi or the Democrats are Communists. The Nazi's are at the far right, and the Communists are at the far left.
Edit--Rusty is trying to pull out the tired National Socialists are the same as Socialists. Nazi was/is an ultra Nationalist ideal, that does not believe in collectivism, but believe that the State (fatherland) works hand in hand with big business in a heartless manor.

History. It was the Republicans who championed Hitler in the US in the 1930s and worked to keep the US from entering the war agaist Nazism.
And current events as well--similar groups, like the Minutemen and the KKK-are integral parts of the right wing and almost exclusively Republican.

Do you know a lot of Neo-Nazi Skinheads? I don't know any, let alone their party affiliation, but everybody's free to check boxes on voter registation forms...why are communists Democrats? I have the same support for my question you have for yours.

Because the special interest groups all flock to the Democrats so much so much so there is barely room for any more, Communist, socialist, pedophiles, atheists, save the brown spotted pygmy spider society. Really how could they get a word in edge wise with all those folks buying politicians votes.
