If there is an ex husband, and ex wife, and ex husband decided to have the sole custody, while now he has visitation rights, how long before the court hearing the wife will be notified? That he asks her to court, how long - a month, two weeks, ten days?

no, but suppose he is doing it all on the sly and does not tells her, and has a date already set - how long before the date she'll be notified?

and are there court lists to see what they will be hearing? If they
are, were to find them?

It depends, they usually try and serve papers as soon as possible. I just went through all of this. My ex was served the papers 2 weeks before the hearing. And each time, the average was about 2 weeks to a month.

It depends how busy the court is. Usually both sides lawyers will try and work out a compromise first. If all else fails then it could take up to 6 months, but usually around 3 months.

THere is no time limit. As long as you are notified before the court date, it is legal.

Your attorney should send you a notification letter. My wifes attorney was a bit slow on this as he knew two weeks before sending us the letter, 4 days before the hearing.
