Definitely have -- the mother of a guy I went through school with from elementary to high school was a mechanic. Their family owned a garage . . . she would often pick him up and come to school functions in her uniform. She didn't seem very feminine though. Also another girl I graduated with, took Automotive Tech at the vocational school through high school.

Yes, we have a woman technician (they are no longer called mechanics) at our Buick dealership. She is really nice and does a fine job.
