by caretaker do you mean caring for children and the elderly if so yes
When I was 17 I had my first child in all I had 6 after the last one turned 7 I started in the nursing profession and have done This until Nov 30th 2006. Due to Health I Had to stop or I would still be working. I am now 65. so I have taken care of someone for the last 48 years.

Probably about half of the time, but not all the time. I make myself take a step back and let others do the worrying and fussing.
