It depends on ur body shape ,if u r a fat guy , then 3 time 20 min is better for u, But if u r thin so almost u should do 20 or 25 minutes a day. not joking

It depends on what kind of shape you're in. If you're out of shape, you smart by starting off slow. As you drop weight, increase your stamina, etc you can lengthen your workouts.

well it really depends on how much your body can take. An hour a day sounds good to me but not everday.
