He never did "It's a Wonderful World" for a Disney movie; however, he did perform "Bare Necessities" from the Disney movie "The Jungle Book" for the Academy Awards show.

"What A Wonderful World" has appeared in many films...but also on Louis' own album "What A Wonderful World"...
on a side note, if you enjoy his music in this vein I found a CD called "Disney Songs The Satchmo Way", released in 1967 that has him covering many good Disney songs.
