its not fair & it dont make sense why they would get pets if theyre not gunna treat them properly!!!if they dont like animals,they shouldnt have them!!!
& why do some ppl not believe in animal rights??i think its in China or something i heard on the news that they said animals rights wernt much of an issue,all they cared about was gathering an audience 2 watch carnivores eat their food--thats the ONLY reason the "zoo" was there,according 2 the news.
i think ppl who dont believe that animals are "humans in animal suits" have a serious mental prob.that REALLY needs delt w/.(humans in animal suits is how i see them-becuz they have feelings & rights 2,they have a brain like us so they can think)just becuz most animals cant talk 2 us in our language dont mean theyre insignificant.we are also insignificant.(personally, i think animals are MORE civilized than us cuz they dont kill so much & they dont have wars that go on 4ever.they only eat whats good 4 them-what they think is, etc) .

My aunt got a dog bcuz shes mean,nasty & lonely. Since I moved out, she has no one to take her anger out on so she yells & screams at the dog. She was always mean to me when I was younger & took away my pets away for no reason & that was the only thing I had since it was just me & her in the same apt.My pets stayed in my room & were well taken care of she was just jealous that I wasnt miserable like her.

People abuse animals and people for a variety of reasons. Some people are sick and get off on it. Some get a power trip off of it. Some don't see anything wrong with it. People are strange.

Animals are not humans, but they need love and respect&kindest.
I love animals&i hate seeing so many animals in shelters-some won't even have a chance to experience life outside the shelter. they all deserve a better life

Good question, if these people treat their pets like that then you know how they will treat their children, I think that some of them should live in the condition they make their pets live in

well in Vick's case i think we should put him in the ring with a bunch of pit bulls and if he doesnt win or put up a good fight we need to hang him and if that doesnt work we need to hold him under water to make him drown kinda like he did to all those pit bulls that didnt win the fights

It is because they have a mental problem. It is like parents who abuse their children. Or guys who abuse their girlfriends.
