We are going start to TTC (hardcore) on January.,. you think that at least with 10 less pounds we will have more chances to conceived faster?

Actually my fertility specialist told me it would make absolutely no difference to his sperm count if my husband lost weight. He has a bit of a pot-belly.
Typical, after he told me I was fat and I have to go on a diet and he's the one who's sterile.

For the woman it can make a difference. If you are obese (BMI>30) or underweight (BMI<18) your fertility is decreased apparently. I believe weight affects ovulation. Not sure if it affects the implantation process for all those IVFers out there. Even the docs haven't got a clue about implantation.

Anyway you sound enviably thin and you have a nice tall boyfriend, that's great.
