Many universities have a Statistics major. If they don't, then you can study statistics by doing a Math Major.

But Control sound like Operations Research -- which also has business statistics courses. Most Business Schools have an Operations Research department. Some have business statistics as part of the OR department -- while others have split it off into a Decision Sciences department.
