There have been many live human exhibits in the form of performance art and social experiments. In addition there are human interactive exhibits which could be argued to be exhibiting live humans.

I know that there was a live exhibit at a zoo of a person (miami metrozoo). He was displayed for about a week and had a desk, computer and phone but otherwise was on exhibit just like the rest of the 'animals'.

I went to a museum exhibition of very old Chinese clothing. Asian people were modeling the clothing. That was cool.
