ok well my aunt want to sell me her house for $25.000 and its a real fixer upper! its totally trashed. i am 21 yrs old i just got fired, but i will have another job soon. so i would need about $50.000 all together for the house it self, and the money to fix it up. i have no credit at all. never had a credit card or anything like that. i was also thinking about having a realtor, come and look at the house to see how much it would really cost. i know its way less then what she offered. mabye like $15.000 or so... she also mentioned a (rent to own) deal. but i really need the money to fix it up.
so do you think i would be eligible for a loan? whats the best way i could for sure get one? i have a boyfriend also.. he would be with me all the way.

Ask your aunt or boyfriend to cosign a mortgage loan. If she's motivated to get out of house/if he's motivated to get in and help fix it up, you might have better luck with bank as a group.
