If your walls are wet also, then you have damp, which makes the condensation much worse. All you can do then is leave a window open until the walls dry up. It's all about getting air into the room to keep it dry. Once the rooms are dry, then you can start to close up on a night and enjoy the warmth. Use window locks if you're on the ground level. Leave internal doors open at night time.

You could buy a dehumidifier to dry out the air or you could open some windows. The former will definitely cure it but may leave the air very dry. The second may not eliminate it but is healthier but colder. One more thing - fit a extractor fan in the bathroom and kitchen as they are both sources of damp air.

If you have a humidifier, turn it off, or lower the setting. If you don't have a humidifier at all, get a dehumidifier to pull moisture from the air so it doens't condense on your windows.

If you are not sure if you have a humidifier or not, check your furnace. Many houses have humidifiers on the furnace to help humidfy the dry furnace air. You can easily turn this setting down.

Sounds like a high humidity problem. Since you no longer have drafts, the humidity is forming on the windows. You will probably need a dehumidifier.
