usually mood, only when I have meetings do I go for accomplish. Most days it goes something like this...
I throw a skirt or slacks on my bed
then I throw a couple of tops on my bed to see what I like better
then I decide I dont like any of it so I throw some more stuff on the bed...before you know it my whole closet is on the bed and I still have nothing to wear!!!!
*sniffles, I am still looking for something to wear*

yes it is.Absolutely.
If i don't wear my Tan Pants and Black CYPRESS work shirt , then i accomplish getting the Bosses AwfullyCranky and that really messes with MY mood, too.

I don't base it on my mood or what I want to accomplish. I use the tried and true "sniff test."

Check out closet, still half asleep, grab some pants and a shirt, socks and shoes. Wife checks them out, dissapproves and I'm back in the closet! Try again...

When I am at work baby sitting I wear casual and whatever I want. At my retail job we have a "uniform" and it depends on what color sweatshirt I want to put on over that ugly red shirt!
