Brotherly advice in the Taco Bell commercial: what is the gesture?

that younger brother gives his big brother at the end of the commercial? I know, but do you? I haven't seen or heard that descripton used in 40 years!

Who can be the first to say what it implies (you'll have to be creative in spelling it out because the key word is on Yahoo's no-no list and would ordinarily be masked out)?
