Are you serious? If you can't answer that then maybe you should not be asking others to do your work for you. Maybe you need to learn it yourself. That's like asking 'if I gave you 3 apples and Tom gave you 3 apples. How many apples would you have?'
Think about it. 3 (1 time), 3 (2 times = 6), 3 (3times=9) and that leaves 2. So your 3 went in to 11 how many times? Yes..3 times and 2/3. so with a calculator take 11 and divide it by 3. Voila. 3.67 times. FYI 3.67=3 and 2/3.

if you want to round it to a whole number, 3... 3 x 3= 9
it can't be 4 because 3 x 4= 12
